(Un)Ethical Behavior in Organizations [1]

Wouldn’t it be helpful if there was a review of some of the most influential, recent work on ethical behavior in organizations?  Well Ethical Systems collaborator Linda Trevino [2] and colleagues have provided just that with their excellent review piece on “(Un)Ethical Behavior in Organizations [3].” 

Trevino’s paper also has the added benefit of applying an ethical-systems lens by looking at several levels of analysis such as organizational, interpersonal and individual factors – all of which are of course important for understanding the different nested levels of influence on behavior.
