I am a social and personality psychologist who studies morality, ideology, relationships, and applied topics. I co-founded and help run YourMorals.org, a large web platform for psychology research and outreach. Currently I am an adjunct professor at CSU Los Angeles, an Associate Research Scientist at New York University, and a research consultant. You can learn more about me here.

In addition to research and teaching, I enjoy sharing my academic knowledge and skills with the general public by giving talks, blogging about psychology, and using my expertise to help prosocial causes. I believe that scholars have a moral obligation to share our work with those who can apply it, especially in the areas of business, public policy, health, sustainability, and education. This is why I am thrilled to join the Ethical Systems team and help leverage empirical advances in building ethical systems in organizations.
