I am Executive Director of Ethical Systems and an Associate Research Scholar at New York University’s Stern School of Business.
Throughout my career, I have been fortunate to work with great people and organizations including the Executive Office of the Secretary-General of the United Nations, Make Poverty History, Millennium Promise, the Millennium Villages, the UN Sustainable Development Solutions Network, the UN Foundation, and the Earth Institute at Columbia University
My Approach to Ethical Systems:
As Nicholas Epley put it, humans don’t have an innate desire to litter, we just do what’s easy. Similarly, we can make ethical behavior easier by harnessing insights from the behavioral sciences and figuring out how best to apply them to the day-to-day reality of business. By assembling the best research from the behavioral sciences, translating it to make it accessible, and packaging it in a way that makes it practically valuable while minimizing barriers to uptake, we can make ethical behavior easier and create value for all stakeholders in the process.
